Aarons Fabrication is a family-owned and operated, WBENC certified fabrication firm located in Clinton Township Michigan. We service the Defense, Natural Gas Distribution, and offer custom fabrication services to other various markets. Since our founding, our company has been an innovative solutions provider to the Natural Gas Industry providing a range of services including; traditional build-to-print, and completely custom meter set assemblies. For the Defense industry, we provide a range of services including certified welding, tube fabrications, kitting, and custom small and large build-to-print fabrications. Our company owns and operates out of a 16,000 sq. ft facility that features 15,000 amps of power, API 1104 and AWS certified welding, a climate-controlled quality assurance room, and the facility is well equipped and kept immaculately, to ensure our operators that they are always supplied with the necessary tools to be successful. Aaron’s Fabrication has achieved customer loyalty ranging from world-class Defense R&D centers to Fortune 500 Natural Gas Utility companies by delivering on our promises.
Aaron’s Fabrication was founded in 2012 by Sue Bursteinowicz, Jim Gilliam, and their son Aaron Bursteinowicz Gilliam in Chesterfield Michigan, leasing a 2,000 square ft space with a few welding machines and pure strong-willed faith. Aaron’s rapidly advanced and fast-forward to 2018, we purchased a new 16,000 square feet facility in Clinton Township Michigan. Our founders dedicate the rapid growth due to the three core values our company was founded on. Providing uncompromised quality for our customers, the continuous improvement of our team and processes, and doing WHATEVER it takes to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations 100 percent of the time.

All of our employees go through a rigid in- house safety program prior to starting with our company to ensure each and every staff member is educated on each process in our facility. Even has a small business, our company makes it a priority to engage in the new era of sustainable manufacturing. To show our commitment to creating a more sustainable future, Aaron’s Fabrication annually travels across the country to the Electric Utility Industry Sustainable supply chain conference to learn how we can effectively become a leader in the new era of sustainable manufacturing.
After going to multiple events and speaking with industry leaders about the future of sustainable manufacturing, we decided to go back to the drawing board and review our current operations and see what we as a small company could do to contribute to the greater picture. Some of our contributions include but not limited to switching our brand new manufacturing facility to all LED lighting system, eliminated excessive wasteful packaging, and converted our welding machines to 480. (Electric powered).

OUR OLD BUILDING
Here is where it all got started for Aaron’s Fabrication. We started by leasing 2,000 square feet of a building from Utica Steel in Chesterfield Michigan. As time went on we expanded more and more to eventually take the whole 6,000 square ft. Through our founder’s persistence, determination, and ultra-focus, we were able to continue expanding our operation year after year and even diversified into new markets.

Due to our high customer demand, in 2017 we purchased a new 16,000 square ft manufacturing facility. Our facility features a climate controlled quality room, 15,000 amps of power, and is kept up to the highest standards.
